Shipping details shall be intimated to you via an email once we receive the order. We take 7 to 10 days for delivering the ordered products anywhere in the world.

For Sarees, shipping details shall be intimated to you via an email once we receive the order. We take 30 days for delivering the ordered products anywhere in the world.

Shipping and Delivery of products from CarmaWorld is FREE for order values equal to or above US $50, EUR 40, GBP 25 and above INR 2000.00 (INR 500.00 if shipped within India)

A shipping charge of $10 shall be added to the invoice value in case of purchases less than US$50 Worldwide

A shipping charge of EUR 8 shall be added to the invoice value in case of purchases less than EUR 40 Worldwide.

A shipping charge of GBP 5 shall be added to the invoice value in case of purchases less than GBP 25 Worldwide.

A shipping charge of Rs. 50.00 shall be added to the invoice value in case of purchases less than Rs. 500.00 for delivery in India.

Carma Online Pvt. Ltd. does not accept any claims made on delays in delivery, if in case the delay has resulted from any of the following: Force Majeure, Acts of God, Fire, Go-Slow, Imminence or incidence of existence of any state of emergency.

Deliveries to remote/special locations and for over sized items may take longer than the time displayed online. We shall immediately inform you of the applicable delivery time through mail, on receipt of the order.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties if any as per the law of the country at the time of delivery. Carmaworld.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to Customs.

Incase the package is returned back to CarmaWorld due to wrong delivery, incorrect address, incorrect phone number or delivery attempted 3 times, CarmaWorld resumes the right to charge the customer again for shipping cost of min US$10 or the relevant actual freight.

Deliveries will be made from Monday through Friday during daytime. Someone must be present to accept the delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses.

For cancellation of an order after it has been generated online and payment made, the cancellation charges will become applicable at the rate of 5% of the order/product(s) value. CarmaWorld.com reserves the right to decide cancellation of the order. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CarmaWorld.com and accept CarmaWorld decision regarding the cancellation.
The orders once despatched cannot be cancelled.
CarmaWorld.com firmly believes that all customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual colors of products ordered. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered normal practice as all products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.
All CarmaWorld products are manufactured using traditional skills that emanate from the rich heritage of Indian crafts. The very nature of these crafts entails processes that are predominantly manual. Thus any irregularities and variations that may occur are an inherent part of these handcrafting processes. At times the actual product may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are handmade.
