Carma Return Policy

While Carma Online Pvt. Ltd. takes utmost precaution in appropriately packing all products for safe deliveries, customers can return products, incase.

• Damaged Goods are delivered ? £
• Delivery of wrong items
• Defective products
• Found to be short in quantity.

 In order to return any of the shipped items.

• Please mail us at info@carmaworld.com mentioning Item description, invoice details, nature of the problem faced and contact details.
• On receiving an approval from our side, you have to send back the item to CarmaWorld. Items must be returned in new & unused condition. If a customer ships back to us without getting approval, they may not receive a refund or exchange.

Request for return/ replacement in respect of the products shall be entertained only within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product

Requests for cash refund cannot be entertained. Returned item can either be exchanged for a fresh piece or settled through a credit voucher
                                                              
Return or Exchange of all products will attract 10% of the product value or minimus US $10 (whichever is higher) as a re stocking fee and the shipping charge shall be born by the customer which will be informed to the customer through an email

In case of Precious and Semi-precious Jewelry items, the returned item can also be exchanged against another item of equivalent value

Since each order is tailored/altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or return for Sarees and Kurtis.

Item(s) returned without authorization will not be accepted. CarmaWorld will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the return shipments.
No Claims will be entertained.

Item(s) purchased under the sale will not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

General Policy

For cancellation of an order after it has been generated online and payment made, the cancellation charges will become applicable at the rate of 5% of the total order value or USD 10.00 minimum (whichever is higher).. CarmaWorld.com reserves the right to decide cancellation of the order. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CarmaWorld.com and accept CarmaWorld decision regarding the cancellation.

The orders once despatched cannot be cancelled.  

CarmaWorld.com firmly believes that all customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual colors of products ordered. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered normal practice as all products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.

All CarmaWorld products are manufactured using traditional skills that emanate from the rich heritage of Indian crafts. The very nature of these crafts entails processes that are predominantly manual. Thus any irregularities and variations that may occur are an inherent part of these handcrafting processes. At times the actual product may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are handmade.
