Shopping at CarmaWorld is much easier than you thought.
Add to Shopping Cart As you browse through the store, you can add items of your choice to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link 'Add to Shopping Cart'.
Link to Shopping Cart is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen.
Login/ Register If you haven't logged in yet, you will reach the login page. A new user can register here and members can login to their account. After creating an account, you can view your shopping cart through the 'My Account' section.
Continue Shopping To continue shopping, click on the 'Continue Shopping' link, which takes you back to the Shopping Homepage.
Shopping Cart After you have finished shopping, you can click on the 'Shopping Cart' link. On viewing your shopping cart, you can update your shopping cart i.e. change the quantity of the items you are buying, remove or add an item from your shopping cart etc.

Why was my package undeliverable? |

The courier company will attempt to make the delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the tracking details emailed to you. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the Courier Company at their provided numbers and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable.
Incorrect Address: CarmaWorld does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.
